Giovanni is usually friendly, goofy but he can be shy. He can also be arrogant at times. Usually around other demons. He can be secretive about his past due to the fact that he usually can’t share all the details. He loves cats, books, art, music and is a hot chocolate addict. He can also sing and excels at vocal fry and other kinds of screaming. You can occasionally find him on the stage.The guy loves vampire dens. He isn’t scared of getting bitten and seeks them out whenever he is in the mood, unless he has a partner who provides the biting for him.

Background story
Giovanni was born in Idris. A country that’s not visible on maps. He was raised to be a hunter of the supernatural. He was born with angel blood (that allows him to use seraph blades and special runes) and demon blood, making him part nephilim part demon. A combination that is unheard of. It’s assumed that he was fathered by a high ranking demon. He was born with mutations that only a few people know of. It’s rumoured that he’s immortal and difficult to kill. He keeps his roots private until it becomes relevant enough for him to share or when he’s around other demons.Giovanni was ten when he lost his mother. After the death of his mother he lived in different institutes but never got along with other nephilim due to his roots. He became a tattoo apprentice at an early age and moved out when he was ready to be on his own. He has lived in New York, Italy, Amsterdam, London, Paris, LA and Alicante (in Idris).Gio has his own apartment now and lives there with his cat, Shadow. He’s a tattoo artist in his daily life and occasionally travels for work. He occasionally performs on stage as a side job. He can sing and excels at vocal fry and other kinds of screaming. Hunting the supernatural is a side job that he retired from. Don’t make him come back from his retirement.

♠️ Original background story ♠️Giovanni was born in idris. When he was 10 he lost his parents. They were killed by the circle. Since then he traveled from institute to institute. He always felt like an outsider. It was difficult for him to make friends so he never stayed long at a institute. He was always focused at his training, it was an obsession for him but now he had a new obsession, killing Valentine. There were rumours in the shadow world that Valentine is still alive. He had to find Valentine and take revenge. Maybe one day he would make friends but now Valentine was more important. When he was 16 he found out that he was bi but he doesn't care about it. He's also one of Valentine's experiments but he doesn't know that. Valentine gave Giovanni's mother food with angel and demon blood.———————————————————♠️ Tweaked background story ♠️Giovanni was born in Idris. He’s a shadowhunter with demon blood. It is assumed that Lilith’s blood is running through his veins. He was born with a mutation that only a few people know of. He is actually half shadowhunter, half fey. Apparently he was adopted when he was younger but he doesn't have any memory of he adoption. He keeps traveling from institute to institute. He never feels home and is aware that he's not like the other nephilim. They gave him the nickname pointy ears and half breed. His ears are indeed pointy and his green eyes are brighter than human eyes. He shares more fey like characteristics but he isn't really aware of it. Giovanni is able to tell lies but usually he speaks the truth.Giovanni can fall for both genders.
